Description: Proposed renovation of this listed building exterior and the re-planning of the internal layout with fitted bathrooms, kitchens and shower rooms.

 

The external works included replacing the existing aluminium windows with new sash sliding windows and renovating the render.

Description: 40 Residential units including 12 work/live units.

 

Conversion of existing warehouses. The scheme was originally started by a developer who went into liquidation about half way through the building work.

We were subsequently employed by the liquidator and contractor to help them complete the project, as well as the design, and to ensure all approvals were in order.
